Rob Allwardt - Sales Consultant
My name is Rob Allwardt and I’ve lived in Central Oregon for over thirty years. I was born in Wisconsin, so I’m an avid Green Bay Packers fan, as well as all things from the Heartland. In 1985, I moved to Bend with my family. For the next several years I worked in sales, focusing on wood-working machinery. After a short stint back in the Midwest, this time South Dakota, Central Oregon called me back. In my time in the Bend area, I’ve been able to explore all sorts of hobbies including snowmobiling, boating, the great outdoors. I built a workshop and enjoy cars, tinkering, carpentry, and DIY projects. Combining my experience selling with my enthusiasm for Central Oregon hobbies, the RV lifestyle was the perfect fit for me. I’ll do my absolute best to make sure that you leave the lot with no regrets and the perfect fit for your RV lifestyle!

Hi, I’m Sue Grubbs, an outdoor enthusiast for everything Central Oregon has to offer! I escaped the Midwest winters 23 years ago when my husband and I loaded up the pickup truck camper with our hiking boots, mountain bikes and rock hammers and headed west from Madison, Wisconsin. We toured and vacationed the Southwest for 5 months while also looking for the perfect place to call home. Gradually, we worked our way North and knew we were home when we landed in Bend! Since being here, we’ve added to our hobbies by also becoming passionate about everything fishing. Love the Deschutes! With my outdoor experiences and enthusiasm, being in the RV business is a natural fit for me because I’m also passionate about helping people find their perfect outdoor experience with their boat or RV

Born and raised in Oregon on the wet (west) side, it was always so refreshing to go camping in Central Oregon with my family. As soon as I saw the red gravel and pine trees, I knew we were approaching God's country. In 2001, we moved from the valley to Central Oregon and haven't looked back. Out of 18 years of sales, the last 12 have been RV sales which has been the most enjoyable. Dealing with people who want to recreate and not feeling the need to hound them into a purchase has been refreshing. We are a friendly dealership and like to treat people with dignity and respect, right up my alley. My wife and I have been married 40 years and finally have a grandson who is a delight. We own a travel trailer and love camping. I love helping people in their pursuit of a new RV so they can the great outdoors like we do. All Seasons RV & Marine is a great place for you to find your next RV.

Cliff Williams - Sales Consulant
Hello and I am Cliff Williams (Safari Cliff). I was born and raised in Medford, Oregon…a true Oregonian! Central Oregon tugged at me when I was about 22 to help my Grandpa and Grandma resettle themselves here. I have grown to love all of the camping, hiking, biking, my photography and especially my heritage: my grandparents met here in Drake Park around 1934 and soon married. Grandpa built our first family home in Prineville and that is why today we hold a family reunion every two years in Prineville. I traveled the United States representing NBC then CBS for national advertisers, but I really missed Bend, so my wife and I returned here whereby I became an elementary teacher and my wife taught English at Bend High. I fell in love with the RVing lifestyle and began selling them. Now, with a sixteen-year stint of selling RVs, it truly feels like I am making a positive difference in the lives of my customers and their families.
