Oregon RV Rental FAQs

Is there a reservation fee?

When reserving an RV, the client must pay $300.00 of the rental fees to reserve a unit.

What is the minimum night stay in one of the rental units?

All rentals have a 3 night minimum.

Are there any fees associated with renting a vehicle during the winter months?

Rentals during the winter months will be charged a $75.00 winterization fee to de-winterize the unit before rental and re-winterize unit upon return.

Do you offer any discounts on your rental fleet?

Yes, book early and pay in full by 2/28/19 to receive a 10% discount

Is there insurance coverage with a motorhome rental?

Customers must provide a binder from their insurance agent covering the unit during the rental period listing All Seasons RV & Marine as owner including unit value. If your insurance does not provide coverage for recreational vehicle rentals, insurance can be purchased directly from MBA insurance for $27-$30 per day.

Does the security deposit defer for motorhomes or travel trailers?

A security deposit of $1,000 (motorhome) or $500 (travel trailers) is required and processed upon departure. Once returned, all extra charges, if any, will be balanced against the security deposit. A refund will be issued for the remainder and will be refunded within 10 business days.

What type of payment do you accept and when is the full payment due?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. Full payment is due on the day of departure; rental, any extras and security deposit.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

If rental contract is canceled within 30 days of departure, the $300.00 reservation fee will be forfeited. If canceled more than 30 days notice, will result in a $150.00 refund from the reservation fees.

Dump and Gas Tanks

Does All Seasons RV & Marine has dump facilities or know of any near by?

We provide a dump station for our customers free of charge. If you prefer not to dump the holdings tanks, we will do so for a charge of $50.00.

What happens if I return the motorhome without a full gas tank?

All gas tanks will be full at the time of checkout and are expected to be returned full. If the tanks are not full at time of return, the customers will be charged a $25.00 service charge plus the cost of fuel added. We assume no liability for fuel consumption rates.

Restricted Travel

Is there anywhere we can not travel in one of All Seasons RV & Marine rentals?

Vehicles are NOT PERMITTED into Mexico or to Burning Man (Black Rock Desert). There are no exceptions. Security deposit will be forfeited.

Travel Accommodations

Does All Seasons RV & Marine offer pickup and return services?

Available Monday - Friday and Saturdays by special arrangement. No departures on Sundays. All rentals must be returned by 11:00am. A late fee of $25.00 per hour will be enforced on all late returns. There will be no refund if rental unit is returned early before the termination per rental agreement. Please allow up to an hour for registration and walk through. Delivery/Set-up/Pickup available- contact us for a quote.

Do you offer shuttle service from the airport?

Airport shuttle service is available for clients arriving and departing from Redmond Airport. Please contact us to make arrangements in advance.

Can we park our vehicle at All Seasons RV & Marine while on our trip?

Clients may leave one vehicle at the rental location during time of rental agreement. Our company and staff are not responsible for any loss or damages that may occur to clients vehicle during that time.

Luggage & Storage

Can we store our luggage and belongings on the outside of the motorhome?

Motorhomes are not designed to carry any weight on the roof. Storage of any items on the roof is not permitted. Any damage incurred from storing items on the roof will be charged to the customer.

Before We Go

What is included with our rental?

A one time Prep Fee of $45.00 will be charged to each rental. Prep includes gloves, toilet chemicals, toilet paper, propane, basic motorhome/trailer kit, and demonstration of unit.

Are pets allowed in rental units?

We welcome pets to join you! An extra fee of $50.00 will be charged per reservation.

Is smoking permitted in All Seasons RV & Marine rentals?

Smoking is absolutely not allowed in rental vehicles. If evidence is found of smoking, a minimum fee of $150.00 will be charged for cleaning and sanitizing of unit.

Driving a RV

Is there a certain age limit for driving a motorhome?

All drivers must be 25 year of age or older with a valid driver's license.

What if the RV breaks down during our rental agreement?

Customers are responsible for checking all engine fluids and reporting any failures. Clients must call the rental company for authorization on repairs greater than $50.00. No reimbursement will be allotted for any mechanical damages or repairs if there is no authorization or if damage is due to negligence of operation. All receipts and replaced parts must be returned for reimbursement.

What happens if we experience an accident or theft?

Clients are obligated to notify All Seasons RV & Marine within 24 hours of any accident or theft of vehicle. Our toll free number, 800-285-5009. In addition, a police report must be provided upon return of the vehicle.

What happens if the RV we reserved is no longer available?

If the vehicle requested is not available, we will substitute an equal or higher rated vehicle at no additional cost. Should a lower rated vehicle be offered and accepted, liability will be limited to a refund of the price difference between model paid/reserved and model taken.
